Senior Digital and Field Marketing Specialist

If you are an outstanding creative thinker and collaborator with strong project management and communication skills, we’d love to hear from you. You will be responsible for creating the marketing strategy for, and developing and executing digital marketing campaigns across LATAM and NORAM using channels such as email, SEM and display advertising.
 

As part of the central marketing team, your main stakeholder will be the local sales teams with whom you will work closely to ensure the campaigns you run meet their business needs. Your goals will be related to new travel agent sign-ups to the Expedia TAAP booking tool and influencing existing agents to book more frequently with Expedia TAAP. Previous digital marketing experience in the B2B space, is essential.

The division: Expedia TAAP provides travel agents with access to the Expedia Group travel inventory through an easy-to-use online booking platform. Expedia TAAP is one of the fastest growing divisions within Expedia Group, targeted for double-digit growth in 2024, so it is an exciting time to join the team.

What you’ll do:

  • Work with local sales teams and your marketing peers to create an annual marketing strategy and develop locally-relevant marketing campaigns that attract new and engage existing travel agents and travel agency managers.
  • Become the subject-matter expert for marketing to prospects and partners in your regions, advising stakeholders of which marketing strategies work best.
  • Run seasonal merchandising campaigns in your regions to boost bookings.
  • Engage prospects and customers using a variety of marketing channels like SEM, Display advertising, emails using Marketo, partnerships with trade organizations and events.
  • Efficiently manage multiple local campaigns simultaneously, ensuring that all workstreams meet deadlines and are delivered to a high standard of execution.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, fostering a culture of collaboration and shared goals across departments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product marketing and PR) on campaign creation, messaging, content development, and design for local campaigns.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics to measure ROI and impact. Provide post-campaign reports outlining recommendations so that insights are integrated into current and future strategies.

Experience:

  • 3-5 years digital marketing experience in a B2B environment, ideally across the LATAM and NORAM markets.
  • Experience in delivering impactful cross-channel campaigns end-to-end in a large organization
  • Understanding of Marketo a plus.
  • Solid understanding of Search Engine Marketing (SEM) – knowledge of other paid media channels such as Social and Display is a plus.

The total cash range for this position in Seattle is $82,500.00 to $115,500.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $132,000.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.

Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience.  Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
