Summary: As a User Experience Engineer, you will be accountable for prototype work and software engineering solutions to optimize user experience. You will translate design concepts into tangible solutions with a balance of technical feasibility and design intent. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have Influencing and Advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead user research activities to gather insights for design decisions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure user-centric design solutions. - Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on feedback. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in User Experience (UX) Design. - Strong understanding of user-centered design principles. - Experience with prototyping tools such as Sketch or Adobe XD. - Knowledge of interaction design and information architecture. - Familiarity with usability testing methodologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in User Experience (UX) Design. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A Any Degree is required.
