Your Impact
As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a vital role in crafting innovative, intuitive interfaces for our voice assistant-related products. You’ll work closely with UX designers and developers, delivering exceptional experiences first in our car simulator prototypes and then in products for commercial release. In this role, you will:
Design interactive prototypes and interfaces, pioneering product exploration with a user-centered approach.
Create visually appealing interfaces with dynamic UI animations and motion graphics, enhancing user engagement.
Apply best practices in UX and UI to ensure seamless, intuitive user experiences across new products and features.
Operate within an agile development environment, documenting and collaborating effectively on design and development.
Proactively contribute as a cross-functional team member, seizing opportunities to improve user experiences.
Cultivate empathy for users, incorporating user needs and pain points into every design decision.
Collaborate with designers, product managers, and developers to implement new experiences, expanding and enriching our product portfolio.
What You Bring
A Bachelor’s degree in a design-related field, such as Human-Computer Interaction or UX/UI Design.
At least five years of hands-on experience in Product Design, with a track record of successful contributions.
Expertise in prototyping innovative solutions and envisioning future products.
Proficiency in wireframing to visually communicate design concepts and user flows.
Familiarity with voice assistant interactions and platforms, translating expertise into impactful designs.
A strong user-centered design approach demonstrated at each stage of product development.
Excellent presentation skills to effectively communicate design and product decisions.
Problem-solving skills, creating user-friendly and seamless interfaces.
Ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies and tools, including AI, to enhance design innovation.
Awareness of industry trends, consistently integrating best practices into design.
Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies to support a collaborative team environment.
Collaboration skills for working with global, cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD, plus Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Dreamweaver).
Experience with GenAI solutions and automotive industry knowledge is a plus.
