Conagra Brands in Darien, WI, is one of largest manufacturing facilities with over 800 employees, is a local supplier of Birds Eye products.

Reporting to the Plant Engineering Manager, You'll work in a frozen food and food process facility. You'll provide project leadership toward the successful execution of capital projects that align with business strategies, follow structured guidelines, company policies, and deliver the highest value asset allocation. You will lead projects simultaneously within the facility.

Position Responsibilities - You will:

• Assignments involve communication and coordination with multiple partners (e.g., Operations, Finance, EHS and RQI)
• Your external interaction will include, but not limited to, equipment vendors, construction contractors, engineering services contractors, local / state / federal government agencies, and co-manufacturers.
• You may travel to company and co-manufacturer manufacturing plants, vendors, suppliers, engineering service providers, and any other sites required to complete projects.
• Implement assigned projects by using structured engineering work flow process.
• Complete projects to ensure that all projects are completed to meet our needs.
• Ensure that all project planning, deliverables, reporting, and spending forecasts are managed and that all projects are delivered within cost, schedule and performance success criteria.

Position Qualifications - You have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
• Two plus years of Project Management experience
• 5+ years total food manufacturing experience
• Technical knowledge of manufacturing systems and equipment
• Travel up-to 15% both domestic and international
