As a Medical Imaging Read Services Specialist I, you’ll play a key role in coordinating radiologist reads, managing reader data, and ensuring timely image assessments that support critical therapeutic decisions. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Enter, maintain, and track read data in internal systems

  • Communicate with assigned readers regarding capacity and scheduling

  • Collect and manage reader documentation (W9s, CVs, disclosures)

  • Ensure reader information is accurately entered into Salesforce and other systems

  • Monitor and follow up on outstanding items (e.g., expedited time points, reader availability)

  • Coordinate reader training and scheduling priorities

  • Review system reports and allocate reads daily

  • Maintain reader calendars and capacity tracking

  • Set up reads per protocol and assign exams to appropriate readers

  • Manage daily read workflows and collaborate with physicians and project teams

  • Adhere to SOPs and contribute to departmental standards and documentation

  • Support team initiatives and perform other duties as assigned

  • Participate in company-sponsored training to maintain technical knowledge

What We Look For

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent relevant experience

  • Experience with Word, Excel, Access, and Project preferred

  • Prior exposure to clinical trials or pharmaceutical environments is a plus

  • Ability to work independently and in teams; adaptable to changing priorities

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Goal-oriented with a professional and positive attitude

  • Based in or able to work from India (remote/hybrid/on-site)
