Position:
The Pricing, Manager is primarily responsible for developing and implementing Surgical pricing strategies across Brazil markets, ensuring compliance, and managing promotions and contract negotiations. You will build effective relationships with regional teams and apply your expertise to achieve objectives through self-directed work.
Responsible for administrating, consulting and/or negotiating product/service pricing with internal customers. Develops pre-sales customer pricing, rebate, and promotion strategies. Works closely with marketing, sales, business management, and finance teams to structure proposals/rebate/guidelines documents. Reviews and approves sales promotions.
Main Activities:
Develop and deploy Surgical price management strategy across Brazil product portfolio and channels
Lead analytics and control compliance with local price management, including developing tools to review local price levels versus targets and previous years
Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory principles of price management
Lead processes to set prices for New Product Launches
Manage the promotion approval process across Brazil and track conditions of local promotional efforts
Coordinate with regional functions to consider factors like local anti-competitive pricing regulations
Maintain close communication and alignment with LATAM Surgical leadership, regional marketing, and Key Account Management teams
Represent Brazil SX on the International Pricing Board, leveraging best practices from Global, Americas and International into Brazil strategy and execution
Join contract and price negotiations with customers, supporting local Key Account and Distributor pricing negotiations
Facilitate best practice sharing in price management
Conduct statistical analysis on sales data to ensure optimal sales execution and attainment of growth objectives
Maintain online sales and marketing system, verifying data accuracy and resolving issues with Information Technology
Requirements:
- University degree in business, analytics, accounting, finance or equivalent experience
- Experienced in working in analytics function, strong ability in building and maintaining effective working relationships with a great variety of people
High level understanding of IT reporting systems: SAP, Salesforce, Excel and Tableau
- Background in financial analysis
- Strong analytical and strategic skills
- Outstanding communication skills both internally as well as externally
Ability to understand and communicate in English / Spanish is mandatory
