Job Description:

PURPOSE

According to prescribed policies and procedures of the organization including all applicable state, federal and accreditation regulations and under the general supervision of the VP of HR Operations, the Talent Acquisition (TA) Operations Manager will lead the TA Partners and Coordinators as well as collaborate with other leaders, HR operations and business partners, and various members of the organization's Human Resources functions to identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and procedures, and lead/execute on strategic department-wide programs. The TA Operations Manager defines work processes, helps talent acquisition team run more efficiently by growing the TA Partner and Coordinator functional experience, as well as forms a business partnering perspective working with leaders; oversees logistics like interview scheduling, offer processing, and onboarding. Experience translating business challenges and questions into data-driven recruiting solutions.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Lead, coach and support a team of TA Partners & Coordinators
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to identify opportunities for continuous improvements to recruiting business operations with a focus on improving candidate and hiring manager experience through standardization, automation, and digitization.
  • Assist with continuous improvement and process initiatives.
  • Provide direct vendor management for operations/compliance vendors
  • Identify all sources for talent e.g., universities, agencies etc.,
  • Assist with monitoring of outsourced labor providers (staffing agencies, search firms, and RPOs) as needed.
  • Assist TA Leader in the development and maintenance of department-wide Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and Key Performances Indicators (KPIs)/TA Coordinator metrics
  • Assist TA Leader in the delivering of recurring reports: open requisitions, hiring manager satisfaction, candidate experience, etc.
  • Support background check adjudication, and onboarding initiatives, as needed
  • Develop/support talent drive programs such as referral bonuses, as needed

  • Must adhere to all policies, procedures, terms and conditions set forth in the National Church Residences’ Employee Information Guide (EIG), the Code of Conduct, as well as any facility handbook, including but not limited to, corporate compliance, drug free workplace, safe work practices, all federal, state, local regulations and laws
  • With respect to Resident Rights, ensures all care is provided with respect and dignity for the residents/clients, their families and the staff
  • Reports all complaints made by residents/clients and/or families to the appropriate supervisors, reports all allegations of abuse, misappropriation of funds/resident property and/or any other corporate compliance, drug free workplace, safe work practices, all federal, state and local regulations and laws
  • Completes all annual education requirements timely, including but not limited to Compliance, Privacy, Security and HIPAA training and exhibits behavior as set forth by the Code of Conduct in the performance of their duties
  • Performs other duties as assigned

JOB SPECIFICATION SHEET – TA Operations Manager

Education:  

          Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or other related field recruiting/HR certifications (SHRM, AIRS, etc.)

Experience:  

        7+ years 'experience in talent acquisition/recruiting, human resources and project management; people leadership experience required.  Technical expertise with an array of leading Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Human Capital Management (HCM) platforms, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools; we currently use Workday, and Kronos.

Skills:   

Must have good working computer skills with basic professional computer software (Microsoft Office suite, Windows, etc.) and the capacity for learning new software systems quickly.

  Must be self-directed with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage tasks and assignments concurrently.

Must be able to successfully lead others in an environment of complexity.

Must have strong motivational skills and a high emotional intelligence quotient

Travel:                   Moderate

Licensure:            Professional Certification related to Human Resources or Talent Acquisition
