This individual will manage the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills, as well as a proactive approach to finding the best talent to join our team at Lightcast.
