Position Summary:
Our Inside Sales Representatives design and sell the perfect security system to fit the needs of our future customers, through a proven consultative sales approach. Guardian Protection provides high quality leads from customers who have expressed interest in our home automation and security services.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Converting leads to new customers from Guardian-provided leads - No Cold Calling
  • Working with leads to understand their security needs, creating solutions and ensuring a smooth sales process
  • Following call flow to ensure consistent call handling and maximize inquiry conversion
  • Demonstrating timely follow up on customer inquiries and potential sales opportunities
  • Tracking daily, weekly, and monthly key performance indicators to meet and exceed sales goals
  • Working with internal departments throughout the closing process of the sale to ensure accuracy and superior customer experience

What You’ll Need:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers
  • Possesses a persuasive, energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor
  • High level of motivation / goal-oriented self starter
  • Willing to learn and implement the Guardian Protection sales process
  • Previous experience in outbound call center, inside sales experience, or related sales experience is a plus
  • High School Diploma / GED (minimum)
