Job Description:

What You'll Be Doing:

CoreLogic is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Director of Sales Finance to lead our dynamic Sales Finance team. This pivotal role will play a critical part in shaping and executing our sales strategies, ensuring the effectiveness of sales plans, and driving the financial success of our sales organization. As the Senior Director of Sales Finance, you will be responsible for designing robust sales plans, setting and tracking sales quotas, and managing the payment of sales commissions. You will lead a talented team of 6+ individuals, fostering an environment of excellence and continuous improvement.

You will play a critical role and bridge the gap between finance and sales. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around the financial aspects of sales operations, ensuring that sales plans are financially sound and aligned with the company’s strategic goals.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive sales plans that align with CoreLogic's strategic objectives.
  • Establish, monitor, and adjust sales quotas to ensure they are challenging yet attainable, driving high performance and accountability.
  • Monitor and adjust quotas as needed to reflect changes in market conditions or company strategy.
  • Oversee the tracking of quota attainment, providing insightful analysis and actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Ensure timely and accurate payment of sales commissions, maintaining transparency and integrity in the process.
  • Inspire, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of analysts and managers, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Collaborate closely with sales employees and leadership to understand their needs and provide financial insights that drive strategic decision-making.
  • Represent the Sales Finance function to senior leadership and demonstrate strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute business strategies.
  • Contribute to strategic decision-making with financial insights and recommendations.
  • Ensure that sales strategies are financially viable and aligned with overall company goals.
  • Work closely with the Vice President of Finance, Corporate FP&A, the CFO and other senior Executives to support CoreLogic's overall financial goals.

Job Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in sales finance or a related field, with a proven track record of designing sales plans and managing quota systems.
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing teams, with strong leadership and executive presence.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, with the ability to create complex financial models and analyses.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
  • Experience working closely with sales teams and leadership, with a deep understanding of sales processes and challenges.
  • Ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
  • Experience using Sales Performance Management tools and the ability to leverage these tools for quota management, commission tracking, and performance analysis.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in negotiating with sales leadership and other stakeholders to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
  • A highly motivated self-starter with a strategic mindset and a passion for driving continuous improvement and high performance.

Annual Pay Range:

152,500 - 185,000 USD
