VP, US Sales, East Region

Location: Remote - East Coast

As part of our strategic approach, we will have two leaders spearheading the US Accounts function, with one overseeing the East region and the other the West. In this capacity, you will lead the East region and report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer.

As VP Sales, East North America, you will be a key driver of Aviatrix's growth trajectory, shaping our regional strategy and building a world-class sales team. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to influence company success through a customer-focused, velocity-driven approach.

Responsibilities:

    • Drive the development of a high-performing sales organization by recruiting top talent, fostering continuous learning, and maintaining a culture of accountability and innovation. Leverage advanced analytics and metrics to enhance performance and optimize sales processes.
    • Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure the alignment of sales strategies with customer needs, driving satisfaction and retention. Lead initiatives to incorporate customer feedback into product roadmaps and GTM strategies.
    • Integrate cutting-edge Generative AI tools to enhance account strategies, streamline reporting, and provide insights for better decision-making.

Requirements:

    • Deep technical expertise in networking, cloud infrastructure, or cybersecurity technologies is essential, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • 10+ years of experience in enterprise technology sales, including 6+ years leading high-performing, geographically distributed sales teams in high-growth environments.
    • Proven ability to execute MEDDPICC or similar strategic sales methodologies to consistently exceed revenue targets and close high-value deals in enterprise settings.

    • Exceptional ability to build trust and strong relationships across diverse teams and customer stakeholders.

What You Bring:

  • 10+ years of enterprise technology sales experience, with 6+ years leading high-performing teams in high-growth environments.
  • Deep expertise in networking, cybersecurity, or cloud infrastructure, with a proven ability to communicate complex concepts effectively.
  • Demonstrated success in driving enterprise GTM strategies and exceeding sales targets using methodologies like MEDDPICC.
  • Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making and a strong customer-focused mindset.
  • Track record of building and inspiring sales teams to achieve exceptional results in a velocity-driven environment.

The US OTE compensation range for this full-time position is $455,000.00 - $518,000.00 + benefits + 401(k) match + equity. The pay range is determined by the role, work location, job-related skills, level, experience and relevant education.  The range displayed is applicable only for new hires for the listed position located in the US. Your total compensation package will be based on job-related knowledge, education, certifications and location, per our aligned ranges.
