Role purpose

Reporting to the Operations Manager the key purpose of the Operations coordinator role is to assist with and oversee the day to day operation of capital and operational works and centre operational service functions. This role encompasses the areas of incident report management, cleaning, risk management & compliance, emergency management, pest control, hygiene, general repairs and maintenance. Due to the nature of the role the Operations Coordinator may be required to work outside of normal hours including weekends and public holidays if required.

What will you bring?              

                                                                                     

You will be an experienced coordinator with a strong ability to work independently and manage multiple conflicting priorities. You will have previous experience in general emergency management and the management of fire services and have a working knowledge of heating, ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC) and building management systems (BMS).   You will have excellent communication, problem solving and organisational skills along with a passion for compliance.  Renowned for your responsiveness and efficiency you will thrive on working in a fast paced environment where you are required to continuously multi- task to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.  You will hold a current first aid qualification.
