What You'll Be Doing:
- Communicate with business stakeholders, clarify business requirements, conduct in-depth analysis, understand business processes, and ensure that the technical team can develop solutions that meet business requirements.
- Work with the technical data team to analyze and review the data sets provided by the business to understand the characteristics and quality of the data, and define how this data is used in the operating system.
- Develop and be responsible for the system scoring model to ensure that critical business requirements are met.
- Work closely with the business team to identify future team needs and product enhancements to bring benefits to customers.
What We Look For in You:
- Basic mastery of SQL, Excel, and other data analysis tools, able to analyze and process data. Understand some technical concepts and system architecture to facilitate communication with the technical team.
- Strong business analysis and request management skills.
- Deep understanding of operating systems and end users' needs.
- Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and be able to design solutions to address business challenges.
- Possess strong communication skills and be able to work in a rapidly changing business environment.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English, Mandarin, and Cantonese as the role requires to deal with China/ Hong Kong Mandarin speaking counterparts.
- Willing to work in Tun Razak Exchange, walking distance to MRT TRX.
