Project Role Description : Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

Project Role : Infra Tech Support Practitioner Project Role Description : Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes). Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting. Must have Skills : Network Infrastructures, Enterprise Network Operations Key Responsibilities : A: Provide Tier 2 Network Operations support during operational incidents B: Maintains current network infrastructure and leverages the manufacturer for advanced support C: Maintains high network availability for redundancy and resilience D: Understands and accounts for peak load; manage peak load events E: Follows Standard Operating Procedures SOPs for operational efficiency F: Optimizes, implements, and monitors network performance G: Maintains and reacts to Enterprise-grade network monitoring Technical Experience : A: Should have 4 to 6 years experience in the deployment of network equipment for new office build outs, domestically and internationally B: Assists in the deployment of WAN circuits, including MPLS VPNs and P2P/IPsec circuits C: Knowledge of TCP/IP, EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, MPLS and L2 technologies D: Knowledge of Nexus 7K, 5K, 3K 2K Data Center Switches E: Proficient at troubleshooting L2/L3 issues for LAN, WAN WLAN F: WAN Optimization knowledge Professional Attributes : A: Good verbal and written communication skills to connect with customers at varying levels of the organization B: Ability to operate independently and make decisions with little direct supervision Educational Qualification: A: 15 years of full-time education Additional Info : A: Should be open to work in shifts
