The Clinical Systems Analyst II will participate in the design, development, implementation, modification, and evaluation of health care information systems. A caregiver in this position works Days + Calls, from 8:00am—5:00pm.
EpicCare Ambulatory or Epic Kaleidoscope certification strongly preferred.
A caregiver who excels in this role will:
Interact with end-users as required to assist in problem definition and system design.
Coordinate and perform education and end-user training programs to assure systems are utilized as designed.
Develop end-user documentation or a permanent reference for clear, concise information.
Provide implementation assistance for system projects through all phases of the system development life cycle.
Assists with system build, data validation and system testing.
Participate in Project teams associated with the development and implementation of clinical systems.
Recommend automated and manual solutions to enhance system functionality.
Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
Bachelor’s degree in related field.
Three years of applicable hospital or major medical center clinical experience
OR two years of recent experience supporting a major clinical information system.
OR Associate’s degree and five years of relevant experience.
OR Master’s degree and two years of experience.
OR High School diploma/GED and more than five years of relevant experience.
Experience typically supported by license in a medically related field such as nursing, pharmacy assistant, medical assistant, medical technology or EMT.
Technical certification may be required.
For Information Technology Division caregivers, ITIL Foundations certification is required within six months of the position start date.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods.
Ability to travel throughout the hospital system.
Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment.
Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information.
