We offer short- and long-term market coverage for more than 200 core building-block chemicals with a full suite of advisory services and top-tier events held around the globe. The worldwide chemical industry looks to Chemical Market Analytics to guide decisions and help manage risk across the entire value chain. 

About the Role:

You will be joining a central group assigned to specific base chemical sectors reporting through Strategic Insights. The base chemical sectors include Olefins, Plastics, Aromatics, Inorganics, and Syngas. As a Senior Analyst, you will support your sector with the publication of market reports, studies, client/conference presentations, webinars, project work and other related tasks. You will also interact with clients and provide them with data and information. You may also be assigned to  specific research and data collection projects. You will report to the Research and Analysis Executive Director.

You Will:

  • Create and modify Microsoft Excel graphs and tables for weekly & monthly market reports and utilize content management software to publish the reports
  • Create presentation materials in Microsoft PowerPoint for meetings and conferences
  • Fulfill data requests by clients as directed by consultants
  • Gather and maintain data for the assigned Base Chemical sector
  • Support operating endeavors to improve and maintain processes and standardization

You Have:

  • At least 4 years’ experience
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills – Excel, Power Point, and Word
  • Experience using or ability to quickly learn software applications including but not limited to content management systems and databases
  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry,  Biological Sciences, or related discipline -OR- equivalent work experience

Pay Range: $85,000 - $95,000
