The Digital Integration Manager position requires a detail-oriented and tech-forward individual that will lead the execution and support of strategic, innovative digital projects designed to increase speed, improve accuracy, enhance the customer experience, and reduce costs. The primary responsibilities of the role include program management of our digital initiatives, team leadership, and integration amongst other resources within IT and stakeholders.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee multiple projects within the digital integration portfolio from initiation to completion.
  • Lead a global team of technical experts, providing guidance, coaching, and support.
  • Innovate new development processes, technologies, and project approaches as they evolve.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams internal and external to IT to define system configurations, workflows, data integration, and overall project requirements.
  • Define and maintain project scope, timelines, and reports.
  • Coordinate project team members and develop schedules and individual responsibilities.
  • Communicate with stakeholders, IT management, vendors and executives as needed.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
  • Lead small development teams (including vendor resources) in multi-phase, heterogonous work environments, with multiple work streams.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing guidance and recommendations on system enhancements and process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and data privacy requirements in IT systems.
  • Ability to deal with high levels of ambiguity, make assumptions, and support decisions.
  • Maintain knowledge of new technologies to support business strategies.
  • Applies knowledge of the human element and emotional intelligence to improve success within every improvement project.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of leading complex projects or initiatives within an IT function
  • Strong management and leadership abilities, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage diverse and global teams.
  • Experience with integration (e.g., Mulesoft) and cloud platforms (e.g., Azure) strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of IT governance, operations, and security practices.
  • Knowledge and demonstrated experience in supporting opportunity and business case development, business process re-engineering, organizational change management, transition planning, system development lifecycles, program/project management and fielding of business applications in a mid to large-scale enterprise.
  • Business process knowledge in manufacturing industry – Plan, Make, Purchasing, Logistics, Sales, Service and Finance.
  • Highly self-motivated and directed, able to work well under pressure, manage and prioritize multiple initiatives concurrently and attend to details.
