About the Role
Join HP’s People Organization and be a driving force on the Executive Recruiting Team. As an Executive Recruiter, you will build relationships with senior business and HR stakeholders to identify, plan and implement recruiting strategies that yield diverse talented hires with high touch experiences.
The Executive Recruiter will recruit candidates via a number of methods including, but not limited to, direct sourcing, referrals, applicants via HP jobsite and others, or outsource (via search firm). You will recruit and build relationships with diverse talent for current open roles, as well as building a talent pipeline for future HP needs.
You will “own” the end-to-end recruiting experience from req invitation to offer stage then partnering with onboarding team post offer accept. You will build holistic recruiting strategies that include best in class diversity recruiting practices.
What an Executive Recruiter does at HP:
Source, select and recruit for Director through Vice President level roles
Source and qualify a wide variety of skills in commercial roles, technical management roles, support roles and general management roles.
Build strategic levels relationships that fosters trust and where people seek out your expertise and experience.
Adopt and drive strong processes throughout the E2E search life cycle.
Consult, partner with, influence, and advise senior executives; manage senior executive relationships.
Lead and drive concurrent multiple projects in a highly matrixed and complex organization.
Work in a fast-paced environment.
Engage and manage external search firms.
Required Experience
Previous in-house executive recruiting experience.
In-depth knowledge of commercial IT (software, hardware and services).
BA/BS degree in business, communications, human resources or related discipline and/or equivalent work experience.
5+ years of related business experience, especially in senior candidate level conversations, and leadership hire situations
The base pay range for this role is $69,600 - $107,150 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
