Job Summary

Universal Ads is seeking an Sr. Director, Product Manager of Publisher Solutions, who will lead the development and management of Universal Ads' publisher solutions, including storefronts, content management systems (CMS), data reporting tools, and access controls. This role will support publisher partners in optimizing their presence on Universal Ads and maximizing revenue potential for both the partners and Universal Ads. The ideal candidate will bring experience building advertising and marketing software for brands and publishers.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Drive the product vision for Universal Ads' publisher solutions, focusing on publisher engagement, monetization, and KPIs.
  • Develop a product roadmap that aligns with Universal Ads product goals, while incorporating publisher needs and feedback.
  • Collaborate with publishers and teams to identify market gaps and turn insights into actionable product strategies.
  • Work closely with the engineering team to deliver high velocity and high quality products while also fostering alignment with finance, data science, partnerships, and publishers.
  • Act as the key contact for cross-functional initiatives affecting publisher solutions, ensuring clear communication and integration.
  • Provide data and strategic insights to finance and partner teams, reinforcing revenue growth and publisher value.
  • Build and use data frameworks to track performance, enhance engagement, and support publishers’ usage of and value derive from Universal Ads.

Compensation

Primary Location Pay Range: $169,398.08 - $254,097.12

Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience.
