Summary of Role:
We are seeking an experienced Sr Manager - HR Business Partner to join our dynamic team. This role is integral in supporting our fast-paced manufacturing operations and ensuring alignment between our people strategy and business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in driving strategic HR initiatives, employee relations, fostering a culture of learning and development, and experience in a technical/advanced manufacturing environment. The Senior Manager - HR Business Partner will interact with leaders at various levels within the organization and utilize their analytical skills to drive data-informed decisions.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business goals. Act as a trusted advisor to ensure that people-related initiatives support the overall objectives of the organization.

  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage HR analytics to identify trends, areas of opportunity, and develop actionable plans. Utilize data to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and drive continuous improvement by enabling new tools and providing insight.

  • Leadership Interaction: Build strong relationships with leaders at all levels of the organization. Provide guidance and support on HR-related matters to ensure effective leadership and team performance.

  • Technical Environment Adaptation: Understand the unique challenges and requirements of working in a technical, manufacturing environment. Tailor HR solutions to meet the specific needs of the workforce and operational dynamics.

  • Employee Relations: Provide expert advice and support to managers and employees on various employee relations issues. Foster a positive, productive and high performing work environment through effective conflict resolution and proactive engagement.

  • Learning and Development: Champion a culture of continuous learning, professional growth and high performance. Develop and implement training programs that address skill gaps and promote career advancement. Focus on Talent and Leadership Development.
     

Other Responsibilities:

Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

  • 7+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on business partnership and employee relations, ideally in a fast-paced technical manufacturing environment.

  • Proven experience in developing and implementing HR transformations and strategies, initiatives, and programs that support organizational goals and objectives.

  • Highly collaborative with the ability to quickly build strong and trusted relationships across leadership teams, cross-functional partners, and key stakeholders.

  • Excellent business storytelling skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to translate "HR speak" and data insights into an accessible, influential narrative.

  • Strong analytical skills and experience leveraging data to inform HR decisions and strategies.

  • Critical thinker and analytic-minded with success in developing data-driven solutions to the business.

  • Business-first mindset with an ability to work at multiple levels, driving strategic impact but with strong execution muscle to drive clear business outcomes.

  • Verbal and written fluency in the English language.

Expected Salary Range

$116,200.00 - $220,000.00
