As a Key Account Program Manager you will directly manage assigned programs and assist sales with achieving revenue growth targets and responsible for HOFFMAN, ERIFLEX, CADDY and ERICO product groups. This role involves traveling, up to 35%, if needed.
Facilitate cross-functional support for assigned programs around life cycle management, including prototypes, manufacturing locations, and programs from ramp-up to end-of-life
Focus on maintaining margins by driving pricing and making appropriate adjustments based on inflation and current market trends
Partner with sales on winning new business on key accounts, driving effective quoting, DoA process and launching new business using the 3D process and employing cross-functional teams
Work with cross-functional partners to ensure quality, delivery, cost, and working capital components are met for assigned programs
Support internal and external programs and business reviews as requested
Work with engineering to prioritize and/or justify resource allocations for the project to be successful
YOU HAVE/ARE:
Ideally, 10+ years of experience with 6+ years in project/program management in a manufacturing environment is required
Knowledge of plant operations, suppliers, engineering, and capabilities including personnel and their respective responsibilities is essential.
General knowledge of material flow, planning, scheduling, supply management/purchasing, inventory, costing, shipping/receiving and export procedures is required.
Knowledge of business systems such as M3, CAD software applications along with skills in the Microsoft Office Suite
Demonstrated skills in contingency planning, effectively actioning on schedules and rapid changes in customer demands
Ability to develop projects and/or initiatives, measuring, and delivering results
Great negotiator, focused on collaborating with others to arrive at a conclusion using compromise, persuasion, influence, rationale, and diplomacy both internally and externally in a selling environment
You are a strong communicator, with great skills in presenting your views in a clear and compelling manner!
