As a Sr. Product Manager, Provider Workflows, you will partner directly with our clinical teams to improve the clinical quality and efficiency of our clinical workflows. You will own the user workflows within our in-house EHR and Pharmacy application (learn more at https://ro.co/os/) across practitioners, nurses, patient advocates and pharmacists. You will partner with clinical clinical strategy, practice management, quality and safety, care delivery operations, other platform teams and business verticals to drive down the cost of care while improving quality of care delivery. You will also support new patient offerings, product launches and capabilities by ensuring they are supported in Ro’s internal workflows. The target base salary for this position ranges from $187,000 to $225,000, in addition to a competitive benefits package (as applicable). These considerations may cause your compensation to vary.
Ro recognizes the power of in-person collaboration, while supporting the flexibility to work anywhere in the United States. For our Ro’ers in the tri-state (NY) area, you will join us at HQ on Tuesdays and Thursdays. For those outside of the tri-state area, you will be able to join in-person collaborations throughout the year (i.e., during team on-sites).
