The aim of Ferrovial Corporation is to design the Company's strategy, establishing global policies, guidelines and action guides related to the different functional areas of the Organization (Internal Audit, Finance, Human Resources, Legal, IT, Innovation, etc.), which subsequently are developed and adapted to the specificities of each Business Unit. Additionally, it performs a function of providing corporate services to the different companies of the group, while consolidating its information.
Job Description:
You will be a key piece of the team! Your tasks will be:
- Preparation of Management's monthly consolidated financial statements.
- Analysis of the main variations in the consolidated financial statements.
- Participation in the monthly and budgetary closing processes, providing support in the preparation and analysis of the financial and operating results of the different business units integrated in Ferrovial.
- Support in the preparation of reports that can provide accurate and reliable financial information to both internal decision-making bodies (Senior Management, Board of Directors) and external interlocutors (Presentation of results to the market, preparation of Annual Accounts).
- Preparation of the Group's Annual and Half-Yearly Consolidated Financial Statements.
- Preparation of the Annual Accounts of the Group's subsidiaries.
- Preparation and supply of consolidated accounting information to the company's departments, as well as completion of surveys or other documents requested by public bodies.
- Support in accounting matters, management procedures, accounting policies and commercial issues to group subsidiaries.
- Active participation in the implementation and maintenance of Ferrovial's consolidation software.
- Support in the improvement and development of financial tools for reporting and analysis, with special attention to the improvements identified in digitalization and process automation.
- Support in updating financial procedures and criteria within Ferrovial and subsidiaries and ensuring compliance with Ferrovial's criteria.
- General support in other specific tasks of other departments.
Our ideal profile:
- Bachelor´s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law or similar.
- B2 level of English.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel.
- Knowledge of SAP is an asset.
- Knowledge of PowerBI is an asset.
