Mission:  

As a Client Services Assistant Project Manager, you jointly work with Murex delivery Project manager to deliver Murex solution system, and you also work on Murex strategic internal projects, within a defined scope, in a timely manner, within a budget and with sustainable quality, as per Murex standards. 

 

Your Role: 

  • Implement and execute project delivery methodologies and processes, including best practices on projects.  

  • Lead one or several delivery activities, such as backlog monitoring, sprint planning/deliveries, drop deliveries, binary deliveries, and case management, on internal or client projects in coordination with Project Managers/Leads.  

  • Ensure optimal project quality and contribute to client satisfaction by defining, maintaining, and deploying delivery methodologies and processes.  

  • Consolidate and analyze project status reports, budget status, and KPIs. 

  •  Facilitate efficient cross-stream collaboration and communication among various internal actors, including the Client Services department, Product Development division, and Project Administration 

  • Actively contribute to quality framework definition and continuous improvement 

  • Provide lessons learned on delivery methodologies/processes and facilitate the capitalization from client projects. 

Your Profile:  

  • Computer Science/Computer Engineering degrees are preferable  

  • 3-5 years of total work experience 

  • Minimum of 2 years relevant Project Management experience in a software/banking related domain 

  • Rigorous, analytical skills and ability to keep targets under pressure 

  • Demonstrate a highly developed and keen sense of teamwork  

  •  Take initiative, show curiosity, and display enthusiasm. 

  • Previous experience in Project Management is a must
