What You Will Do
● Collaborate with engineering and product colleagues to define product development strategies in alignment with the company goals. Communicate this vision to all stakeholders to ensure a shared understanding and direction.
● Lead the development of new products and IoT solution concepts, ensuring they meet market needs and company standards.
● Establish and drive product strategies, positioning for immediate and future market differentiation and growth.
● Develop product roadmaps while driving execution through clear and effective user stories in collaboration with engineering teams.
● Prioritize and maintain the product backlog, ensuring that the team is working on tasks that maximize business value and meet user needs.
● Act as the primary liaison between the development team and stakeholders to gather requirements, address concerns, and negotiate priorities.
● Conduct technical analysis and market research to identify needs and opportunities. Use insights to refine product strategies and priorities.
● Champion a customer-first mindset in product development, regularly engaging with end-users to validate needs and gather feedback.
● Take responsibility for creating and maintaining necessary documentation and handle product change.
● Manage relationships with key partners and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and collaboration.


Qualifications:
● Bachelors degree in Engineering, Marketing, or related field preferred.
● Proven expertise in product management, platform development, and business analysis.
● Strong understanding of product management fundamentals such as market research, MRD/PRD creation, roadmap creation, and GTM strategy.
● Demonstrated experience leading product teams to develop and execute product vision and strategy, leveraging data and market insights.
● Experience in developing and executing go-to-market plans for IoT offerings.
● Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

● Demonstrated success in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth through innovation.
