Tasks and Qualifications:

Your tasks:

  • You are a key stakeholder in projects with a particular focus on Business Transformation, Systems and Processes, where you represent the Rental, Used and Asset Management vision

  • You ensure the successful development, implementation and adoption of SAP S/4HANA systems for the Rental, Used and Asset Management processes within our ITS organization in EMEA

  • You coordinate, lead, and support international expert teams and act as consultant for the user network

  • You identify, analyse, and describe business requirements with special focus on the Lead-to-Order and Order-to-Cash-in processes for the Rental and Used business

  • You translate the business requirements into functional & technical requirements using agile methodologies to ensure the development of business solutions according to our target E2E processes and user journeys for Rental and Used

  • You serve as a bridge between business users and IT, helping to configure, customize, document, test and optimize SFDC, CPQ and SAP applications to meet the aligned business requirements

  • You document, train, implement and audit Rental & Used processes, and you provide onsite training and support during the phases required to the countries on the different roll out waves (up to 30% traveling time across EMEA)

  • You are part of an international team that is responsible to consult sales & service organizations across EMEA on process harmonization, standardization, and development

Your qualifications:

  • Completed university education with a focus on Business Administration or comparable education in combination with relevant professional experience

  • Strong team player who enjoys working in an international and intercultural team and environment

  • Business fluent in English (written and oral) mandatory, other European language is appreciated • SFDC, CRM and/or SAP S4/Hana knowledge and experience handling MS Office products is required

  • Proactive mindset and agile way of thinking to cope with complexity  • Communication skills and ability to develop and visually present ideas and process concepts to business stakeholders and IT • Ability to lead, design, implement and coordinate work that requires crossfunctional collaboration

  • Knowledge on Process Management and experience with process management tools (e.g. Signavio) is desirable

  • Knowledge and/or experience on the Used (Second-hand) business is an advantage

  • Experience with Project Management tools such as Jira/ Confluence is desirable
