Must have the ability to learn the DMV policies and procedures for all 50 states and to answer Title Administration calls. Must be able to work independently, apply the knowledge learned to the calls, must be able to focus on the task at hand, be an analytical thinker and a great multitasker.

Must processed at least 130 Non Receipt accounts.

Must send out at least 25 FedEx packages daily.

Must processed at least 80 calls daily.
