This program immerses students into the daily operation of a contemporary media and technology company while working side-by-side with Comcast’s top innovators. The student becomes an integral part of the Comcast team working on creative, innovative, and thought-provoking projects within various business units.
Organization & Team Overview
The Internet Product & Services team is part of the Internet line of business in the Xfinity Consumer Product Organization. We are focused on identifying new growth opportunities and disruptive business models for Xfinity Internet, driving ideas from ideation to execution. The Internet Product & Services team works closely with the entire Internet team, as well as key stakeholders across the organization to own the end-to-end product life cycle. These key stakeholders include product planning, competitive, marketing, finance, pricing & packaging, digital experiences, procurement, and sales teams.
Role Description
We're looking for self-starters who have the desire to learn, have excellent work ethic, and thrive in challenging environments. You'll identify new products & services to underpin Xfinity Internet, define how to build those products & services, and ultimately bring them to customer homes.
As an intern on the Internet Product & Services team, you will collaboratively with the organization to develop products including business cases, technical feasibility assessments, consumer value propositions, business requirements, go-to-market strategies, and competitive responses. You will then work to translate these strategies into product roadmaps for delivery.
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Support development of initial strategy and business cases to prioritize product initiatives
Synthesize customer research and competitive analysis to obtain product insights; translate them into actionable recommendations
Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to determine the product go-to-market strategy utilizing excellent strong analytical skills
Support the defining of customer value propositions by synthesizing customer needs and pain points with internal capabilities
Foster relationships and serve as a subject matter expert to cross-functional partners across Technology, Customer Experience, Strategy, Go-to-Market, Marketing, Sales, and others
Work with product leaders to drive progress in the face of ambiguity or uncertainty
Be curious, seek out new knowledge, embracing growth and improvement
Consistent exercising of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Minimum Qualifications and Eligibility Requirements
Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree from a United States-based college or university
Rising Junior or Rising Senior only (must have a graduation date between Winter 2025- Spring 2027)
Returning to degree-program (for at least a semester) after the completion of the summer internship (meaning, student must be returning to school for Fall 2025 semester before graduating)
Available to work 40 hours per week over the course of the summer program- June 2 through August 15, 2025
Authorized to work in the United States with no current or future sponsorship needs
Available to report in-person to the work location on the job posting (unless virtual offering)

Compensation
Base Pay: $23.00Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work.
