Purpose of the Role:
Customer service representatives work directly with customers to provide assistance, resolve complaints, answer questions, and process orders. Candidate should enjoy helping people.
Description of the role:
A Customer Service Representative works with clients who have complaints, orders, or require information about products/services purchased from the organization. They also provide solutions that fit those individualized situations and prioritize the customers' needs at each step of the process.
Order punching -placing orders which are received on calls / mails or on whats app
Order follow ups end to end responsibility -Ensuring delivery is timely done by checking
the reports on timely basis & tracking of deliveries through portals.
Support for marketing & administrative tasks if any .
Tele calling through CTI portal .
Aggressive follow ups with all internal stakeholders so that customer can get the
deliveries on time .
Proactive approach

 

  • Education – Graduation .
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Experience – 3years minimum in customer care department (serving customers as
  • front liner)
  • Flexible on Sunday/Public holidays & shift workings .
