As a core member of the Oncology Therapeutic Area Team, the Marketing Partner (MP) actively drives and contributes to cross-functional efforts to achieve favorable patient outcomes. MP leads the development and execution of brand strategy to maximize market share whilst delivering value to patients and Healthcare Professionals (HCPs).
Key Responsibilities and Accountability
Strategic Planning & Execution
Develop, implement, and monitor the marketing strategy in alignment with global direction and local business goals
Gain deep product knowledge and understanding to deliver impactful competitive narratives and product messaging
Define product disease area positioning, key messaging, and customer segmentation to effectively reach target audiences (HCPs, Payers, Patients)
Cross-functionally collaborate on the full product lifecycle, from pre-launch preparation and market shaping to launch execution and maturity management to achieve the Squad’s outcomes
Omnichannel Marketing & Communication
Design and execute integrated omnichannel marketing campaigns (Digital, Face-to-Face, Hybrid) to drive engagement and product adoption
Create high-impact promotional materials and sales tools in collaboration with medical, customer-engaging and regulatory teams
Organize and lead participation in national congresses, symposia, and advisory boards
Lead digital transformation and support the introduction and experimentation of new technologies (e.g. AI) and approaches (e.g companion diagnostics, chat bots, virtual customer service) for customer experience excellence
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner closely with the Primary Points of Contact (PPOCs) colleagues, collaborate with customers to co-create marketing activities and value-added solutions
Provide guidance and training on product brand messages and gather field insights
Collaborate with Medical Affairs to identify Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and ensure scientific accuracy in all communications
Partner with other marketing and digital enablers across Roche Pharma International (PI) to leverage best practice & share work responsibilities on multi-national projects and solutions
Financial & Performance Management
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and KPIs to adjust strategies proactively
Actively leverage advanced analytics, AI, and other sources of insights (e.g., social listening, digital trends) to identify key gaps and opportunities in the customer and patient journey
Ensure all marketing activities strictly adhere to local compliance regulations and the company’s Code of Conduct
Who You Are
University degree in a relevant field (e.g., Life Science, Pharmacy, Business, Economics)
Fluent in Slovak language and proficient in English to collaborate internally across the broader Roche enterprise
Proven work experience (3+ years) in pharmaceutical marketing or product management
Experience in Oncology Therapeutic Area is highly preferred
Proven track record of successful product launches or managing mature product brands
Demonstrated strategic thinking and analytical skills (ability to interpret IQVIA/IMS data)
Ability to lead without authority and influence cross-functional teams
Patient-centric, innovative, and resilient with a strong ethical compass
Entrepreneurial, able to identify opportunities, to experiment, to take risks and disrupt the status quo
Strong business acumen with desired expertise in commercialization, medical and customer experience excellence
Understanding of Slovak Healthcare System
Project Management- leading projects and solutions in an impactful way
Deep Listening, empathy and co-creating solutions
Stakeholder management
Proven experience in digital marketing, including channel optimization, ROI/value assessment, campaign measurement, etc.

Salary starts from 2800 EUR gross/month. Roche Slovakia provides 13th month Salary. Final salary depends on the level of experience, skills and qualifications.
