About the role
The Brand and Content Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in developing and executing local marketing strategies and campaigns to promote Disney+ General Entertainment and the Disney+ brand in Spain. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful launch and sustained engagement of Disney+ content, working closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Movies & TV, a deep understanding of the Spanish content market, and a proven ability to achieve results in a fast-paced environment.
What will you do
As the Brand and Content Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for creating and executing marketing campaigns that promote our General Entertainment titles in the Spanish market. This includes tailoring messaging and strategies to connect with local audiences, ensuring that the content resonates with cultural and local trends. You will coordinate with various teams to guarantee alignment on strategy, manage media agencies, and support the launch of global titles in the local marketplace. Your role is essential in building franchises and fame for hit shows, ensuring a year-round approach, and overseeing new season launches.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns for Disney+ General Entertainment titles and exclusive content in Spain.
• Propose and implement comprehensive marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Coordinate with Brand, Creative, PR, and Content team members to align on strategy and manage campaign phases.
• Conduct content and creative research to inform marketing decisions and ensure relevance. ¿?
• Manage media agencies to develop and execute marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with goals and brand standards.
• Support the launch of global and regional titles in Spain, coordinating with regional and local teams.
• Contribute to business and insights documents, developing strategic and tactical plans, and analyzing campaign performance.
• Support the development of a comprehensive brand strategy for Disney+ in Spain, including brand research and marketing proposals.
• Evaluate, propose, and execute brand-building opportunities alongside content marketing strategy, including social media and PR/events.
• Collaborate with regional Brand, PR, Performance, and Social Media teams to leverage insights and learnings.
What will you bring
Experience in Brand and content Marketing (10+ years) ideally in SVOD or at least within the Entertainment industry.
Proven track record of delivering high-performing marketing campaigns on time and within budget.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to combine data insights with sound judgment.
Extensive experience in budget management and financial oversight for marketing campaigns.
Experience managing large-scale marketing campaigns with cross-functional teams.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Fluency in both English and Spanish.
Creativity and open-mindedness.
Strategic thinking and attention to detail.
