The Role:
Beam is looking for an experienced Senior Engineering Manager who is passionate about building and nurturing highly effective, self-sufficient teams. As a leader at Beam, you’ll oversee a team of 6–10 engineers with a diverse range of skill sets, providing them with opportunities to work across our product suite and gain a well-rounded understanding of our business.
We’re seeking candidates with a strong engineering background who can excel in people management and strategic direction. You’ll collaborate closely with Product, Design, and other key partners to deliver high-impact projects while maintaining a balance between quality and speed.
