Essential Job Functions:
• Manage and execute program plans, ensuring goals are met within budget and timeline.
• Lead a team of program managers, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and expectations.
• Oversee program budgets, resources, and risk mitigation efforts.
• Track and report program progress and key performance indicators.
• Oversee and manage vendor relationships for outsourced program components.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and lead their implementation.
• Ensure that program scope is clearly defined, understood, and adhered to throughout the project.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Typically, 8+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 3+ years in a similar role
• Proven experience in program and project management
• Proficiencies in program planning, execution, and team leadership
• A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology

Other Qualifications:
• An advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus
• Relevant certifications, such as PMP (Project Management Professional), PgMP (Program Management Professional), or equivalent, are a plus
