What You Will Do:

In this role, you will help a large federal cybersecurity program mature its operations by focusing on improving the program’s operational data and information assets use, quality, and availability. At times this may include using already available data to create dashboards used for program management, other times it may include working with business leaders to improve their processes and operations to improve information quality, while others it may include identifying gaps in data and information, processes, or IT tools to help generate and collect needed data and information.

Duties Include:

  • Meeting with program stakeholders to map, define, and review business processes, creating business process flowcharts and SoPs.

  • Supporting various knowledge management efforts including managing program documentation and improving document standardization.

  • Creating various data management artifacts including data models, data dictionaries, and enterprise master data repositories.

  • Conducting data analysis to support management decision making and produce Business Intelligence reports to help improve operational visibility.

  • Conducting various business analysis efforts to help identify business information and process needs and define solution requirements.

  • Conducting market research on for various IT Enterprise Solutions, assessing suitability, and providing recommendations based on research.

  • Providing expertise regarding ServiceNow, MS Dynamics365 or other ITSM business systems and how they support service delivery and operations.

  • Supporting management of program SharePoint sites to support business knowledge and information management needs.

  • Meeting with Stakeholder’s to conduct interviews, needs assessments, and other information gathering efforts.

  • Supporting management of program JIRA/Confluence sites to help manage JIRA work tickets and contribute program information to Confluence.

What You Will Need:

  • US Citizenship and the ability to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD Public Trust

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • FOUR (4) or more years of experience in IT governance, data management, and/or project management

  • Excellent written and verbal communication/presentation skills

What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • Master’s Degree in IT Management, Data Analytics, Cybersecurity, Business Administration, Public Administration, Systems Engineering, or similar degrees.

  • Professional Certifications in PMP, Professional Business Analyst, Data Management, Agile, CMMI, or ITIL

  • Experience supporting DHS CISA programs or initiatives

  • Experience in ServiceNow, JIRIA or Confluence
