Industry: Medical Devices/Pharmaceuticals

Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager with a strong background in SCRUM methodology, specifically within the manufacturing of medical devices or pharmaceuticals. The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery while adhering to industry regulations and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Execution:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.

  • Ensure project milestones are met within budget and schedule.

• SCRUM Master Duties:

  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other SCRUM ceremonies.

  • Coach team members on SCRUM principles and practices to enhance productivity and collaboration.

  • Remove impediments to ensure the team can deliver high-quality work.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with R&D, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, and Manufacturing teams to align project goals.

  • Foster strong communication and collaboration across departments to ensure project success.

• Regulatory Compliance:

  • Ensure all projects comply with FDA regulations, ISO standards, and other relevant industry guidelines.

  • Prepare and manage project documentation in accordance with quality management systems.

• Risk Management:

  • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.

  • Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to address challenges.

• Stakeholder Communication:

  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders regarding project status, risks, and outcomes.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related inquiries.

Required Qualifications:

• Language: Fluent in English

• Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Life Sciences, or a related field.

  • SCRUM Master Certification (CSM or equivalent) required.

• Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience, preferably in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.

  • Proven experience as a SCRUM Master with a solid understanding of Agile methodologies.

• Skills:

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

  • Proficient in project management software (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Microsoft Project).

  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the medical device/pharmaceutical sectors.
