Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager with a strong background in SCRUM methodology, specifically within the manufacturing of medical devices or pharmaceuticals. The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery while adhering to industry regulations and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Execution:
Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
Ensure project milestones are met within budget and schedule.
SCRUM Master Duties:
Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other SCRUM ceremonies.
Coach team members on SCRUM principles and practices to enhance productivity and collaboration.
Remove impediments to ensure the team can deliver high-quality work.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with R&D, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, and Manufacturing teams to align project goals.
Foster strong communication and collaboration across departments to ensure project success.
Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure all projects comply with FDA regulations, ISO standards, and other relevant industry guidelines.
Prepare and manage project documentation in accordance with quality management systems.
Risk Management:
Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to address challenges.
Stakeholder Communication:
Provide regular updates to stakeholders regarding project status, risks, and outcomes.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related inquiries.
Required Qualifications:
Language: Fluent in English
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Life Sciences, or a related field.
SCRUM Master Certification (CSM or equivalent) required.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of project management experience, preferably in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
Proven experience as a SCRUM Master with a solid understanding of Agile methodologies.
Skills:
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Proficient in project management software (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Microsoft Project).
Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the medical device/pharmaceutical sectors.
