Who you are:

As a Portfolio Management Analyst II with Frost, you are our quality control. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing portfolio performance and holdings to ensure that accounts adhere to our strategic objectives. You are a self-starter and take the initiative to create advanced data models to present informed investment distribution recommendations to Portfolio Managers. More than that, this role is about constant improvement and doing so with our signature all-win approach in mind.

What you’ll do: 

  • Analyze portfolio performance and holdings on assigned book of accounts where client interaction is minimal to ensure adherence to the strategic objectives set by Frost Wealth Advisors
  • Create advanced data models to present informed investment distribution recommendations to Portfolio Managers
  • Execute securities trades to ensure portfolios maintain target asset allocations
  • Monitor internal processes to ensure compliance with all applicable bank policies, laws, and regulations
  • Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes

What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related discipline
  • 2+ years’ experience analyzing investment portfolios against strategic objectives
  • Advanced understanding of macroeconomics, financial markets, and various security types
  • Ability to leverage software systems to quickly find and summarize data
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft computer applications

Additional Preferred Skills:

  • Proficiency in the use of FactSet, Bloomberg, and trading applications
