Role Definition

  • Exercise decision-making authority to prepare, review, book, and fund financial transactions.


Responsibilities

  • Collecting and checking documents, such as corporate documents and signing authority documentation, to ensure legal enforceability.
  • Ensuring transactions are correctly documented and booked correctly into the system of record.
  • Supporting and coordinating workflow for the funding processes.
  • Generating regular and ad-hoc reports of the fund administration and distributing to dealers and vendors.

• Completes major tasks involved in the processing of financial product orders.
• Utilizes equipment and core applications to complete financial product orders.
• Processes limited amounts of detailed financial product orders with a high level of accuracy.
• Applies checklists to ensure that financial product orders are fulfilled without errors.
• Aligns the development and implementation of order processing with the bank's objectives.
