You will provide cleaning validations support for multiple processing areas within API (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients). You will be responsible for providing procedures and direction to the shop floor in order to ensure that equipment is properly cleaning and released after each campaign. You will possess strong knowledge of API equipment/technologies, API operations, SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), standard work and focus on continuous improvement as well as strong organizational, communication, and people skills.
As part of the Technical Operations team, you are recognized as a subject matter expert and serve as on-going technical resource to the operating units, overseeing that cleaning is completed within EHS and/or GMP requirements, working to maximize production efficiency where possible. You will be entrusted with adapting standard methods and procedures by applying your knowledge, prior work experience and requirements. Your business awareness of cross-organizational impact on project delivery will elevate the quality of project deliverables. You will arrive at decisions on which methods and procedures are the best fit for different work situations. You will train others and reinforce behaviors that will help us achieve our goal of providing the best healthcare to our patients.

Stand in for Shift Team Supervisors (STS) when they are absent from work and be the Site Incident Commander in the absence of Operations Manager.
When standing in as STS, direct Process Technician in operating and cleaning of process equipment and perform check to confirmed permit to work are issue in a safe condition to carry out maintenance work.
Provide advice, guidance, support, and training to team members in order to improve the teams’ capability.
Develop OJT, JSA and RA for plant operations.
Conduct OJT training for new hires.
Perform Material receiving, staging, material movement, dispensing, sampling, filter inspection and change out and charging operation as per SOP.
Perform sampling, intermediate, and finished goods pack out as per SOP.
Perform pre-campaign set up, post campaign activities, and change over cleaning.
Perform panel operation, monitor process trend and alarm using DCS Delta V control system.
Ensure proper communication and handling over of shift duties.
Responsible for updating of Manufacturing Standard Work and Operation Standard work.
Complete all documentation according to GMP and GDP standards
Monitor the plant status and liaise with colleagues of other departments to ensure there is no interruption to manufacturing process.
Troubleshoot all operating deviations and issues and coordinate with other function when required.
Responsible for preparation and cleaning of equipment for maintenance work
Take immediate action to resolve any near miss situations.
Report all actual, near misses and potential accidents for further investigation.
Assist in investigation of all actual, near misses and potential accidents. Provide information to troubleshoot and take initiative to resolve operational issues independently.
Perform system transaction and operation such as LIMS, AMPS, SAP, MTS, EMAS, etc.
Complete all required training by attending scheduled training, CBT, OJT, JSA and read and understand.
Identify and communicate all operating deviations and problems.
Participate as a member of the Emergency Response Team.
Develop courses of action and drive implementation of solutions.
