Role Overview:
We’re looking for a Product Business Analyst who is curious, tenacious, and passionate about empowering product management and engineering teams with data-driven insights that inform and accelerate innovation.In This Role You Will
● Provide operational, analytical, and decision-making support to our
Network and Email Security leadership team, helping to create visibility,
align strategy and enhance collaboration throughout Trellix.
● Lead development of new business unit KPIs, dashboards, and
ultimately insight that creates world-class product outcomes to
customers worldwide.
● Synthesize and analyze data from different sources to provide key
insights to drive actionable strategies, streamline key business
processes, function in an international environment, and drive
performance improvements for the business.
● Develop relevant reporting and metrics to understand, measure, and
drive financial and operational performance of the business, including
but not limited to:
● Track and report team & individual results including renewal
rates, retained ARR, quarterly forecasts, etc.
● Create, track and report renewal pipeline and opportunities
● Design and create ad-hoc reporting and analysis to improve the
current and future state of the Network and Email business unit
● Partner with product management and engineering leaders to support
monthly interlocks and quarterly business reviews, and progress
against OKRs.
● Be empowered to provide a data-informed point of view to senior
leadership team on key initiatives.
● Working with IT, Business Intelligence, and relevant business
communities, help recommend and drive improvements to analytics
processes, systems / tools, data flow and reporting
In Return You Will Bring
● 5+ years of related experience, minimum, in a SW or SaaS Operations
environment
● Experience with CRM and ERP systems (Salesforce, Siebel) and data
visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, PowerBI)
● Expert knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets, MS Office and G-Suite tools
● Demonstrated history of being highly organized with an emphasis on
attention to detail and capable of managing multiple work streams at
the same time.
● Tenacious, resilient. and resourceful individual that enjoys solving
complex problems
● Possesses the confidence to implement change and improve on the
status quo
● Quick, life-longer learner who is naturally curious and thrives when
presented with new challenges
● Strong business process acumen, ability to break down complex
workflows into measurable components, and identify opportunities for

influence and collaboration across multiple functions and levels of an
organization
● Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including establishing

relationships with partners in the business.
