Join Gopuff as the Head of CRM & Brand, where you will be responsible for strategising and executing Gopuff’s CRM strategy, including customer life cycles, targeted campaigns, and one-off messaging. You will also play a key role in building Gopuff’s brand identity and growing customer engagement. As part of the Growth team, you will report to the Director of Growth and work closely with teams across Marketing, Analytics, and Revenue Operations.
