This is a hybrid position and requires onsite work at our Chicago HQ office 2 days per week.

As an Innovation - Assistant Brand Manager, Edibles & Specialty you will be critical in executing our innovation strategy across key product categories to turn innovation concepts into revenue-generating products that grow our business and delight both our trade partners and our consumers. Innovation in the edibles and specialty category may include expansion of existing product lines and the optimization of existing products.
The Innovation - Assistant Brand Manager, Edibles & Specialty works collaboratively & cross-functionally with creative services, operations, consumer insights, brand & commercial marketing, quality, compliance, and R&D. This role will involve hands-on management of key workflows in the early stages of the product lifecycle – we are looking for someone with high curiosity and an insatiable desire to create and innovate the edible/oral delivery of cannabis.
