Our growing Agile Program Organization is hiring an Atlassian IT Administrator to collaborate with our Enterprise Shared Services and Business Operations teams to help operate, improve, and expand our enterprise reporting.
The Atlassian IT Administrator will be responsible for managing portfolio level data within the application suite and implement reporting and operational standards as well as other goal-oriented strategies decided by the Enterprise IT.
Key skills include the ability to identify problems and potential concerns within operations at Zelis. Having the ability to communicate, effectively, is a must. The Atlassian IT Administrator is expected to build a strong rapport with internal stakeholders so that he/she can make recommendations that may have a great impact on legacy processes. In addition, he/she must be comfortable in gathering data and presenting solutions based on the data.
Position Responsibility:
Creation and maintenance of SharePoint sites, as needed, for the organization
Creation of projects within JIRA as needed
Application Admin Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence and other Atlassian products
Support of Atlassian products as Enterprise applications
Documentation of requirements, and translation into proper system requirement specifications
Process improvement and establish best practices
Establish and manage Enterprise reporting dashboards
Backup configuration management within ALM tools (JIRA)
Develop and maintain quarterly updates for Skills Matrix
Monthly reconciliation of Technology resources to projects (JIRA, Smartsheet, etc)
Validation of monthly updates for leadership MITs and quarterly DASH prep
Required Experience:
2+ years experience as a technical support/administrator of an IT ticketing platform
Preferred Experience:
API knowledge
Ability to write SQL Scripts
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage laterally and upwards
Creative and analytical thinking ability with strong problem-solving skills
Adaptive growth mindset to learn new applications and follow best practices
Strong organizational and time-management skills, proven ability to prioritize and deliver results on time
Gather requirements and determine best solution to propose to stakeholders
