About the Role

• Developing, maintaining, and improving reports and dashboards that provide insights and support decision-making across various groups.
• Capturing stakeholder’s reporting needs and develop solutions that automate data gathering, cleaning, analysis, and visualization processes.
• Monitoring and maintaining the performance of reporting and automation solutions.

Seeking a Data Analyst (Power BI) with a strong focus on work behaviors to join our ambitious team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and automate dashboard, analysis, and report to support business functions

• Collaborate closely with teams from various departments to identify data requirements

• Develop and maintain process flows, system diagrams, and user manuals, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in data analysis.

• Train business users on how to use reporting and automation solutions and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations.

• Assess KPIs, perform root cause analyses, build recommendations for corrective action and work with business verticals to implement them. Be responsible for the accuracy of the calculations of these KPIs.

• Awareness about the most recent developments in data analytics and industry trends.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Experience as a Data Analyst, with knowledge of Power BI.

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

• Excellent focus on detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

• Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
