Dataiku is looking for a Senior Engagement Manager to join the team. The ideal candidate is an energetic individual passionate about deploying big data technologies and using data science to solve business problems and who will efficiently help customers drive their projects to get the most out of Dataiku DSS.
The Dataiku Services team is responsible for deployment, enablement and implementation of Dataiku platform for our customers, which include global enterprise companies. Our goal is to accelerate their time to value at the initial engagement and throughout our partnership by executing targeted service packages.
As a part of the Professional Services team, the Senior Engagement Manager is responsible for driving smooth services engagements for our clients in the Apac market.
How you'll make an impact
Effectively project-manage the delivery of Dataiku’s suite of professional services
Manage client relationship and needs with key partners among our customer organizations
Maintain consistent and concise internal communication across multiple teams
Ensure Dataiku's customers achieve high rates of product adoption, realize significant value in a timely manner, thereby leading to high net dollar retention
Ensure the successful execution of a company-wide Services Delivery Methodology in a product company in Apac, while contributing to the evolution of our implementation processes during Dataiku's rapid growth
Contribute to services estimation and selling of services in the region
Your skilled coordination of the deployment, training, and adoption of best practices will position our Customers and Partners to derive the maximum value from the software from day one, contributing to their data-driven operational success.
What you'll need to be successful
8 years + of experience in advanced analytics, data science projects, or consulting
Proven track record in successfully managing complex initiatives and navigating challenging stakeholder dynamics, demonstrating strong leadership, communication, and customer management skills
Experience leading delivery teams and supporting sales motion
Highly proficient in spoken and written English
You are organized, process-oriented, resourceful and highly motivated by a hands-on approach to customer management, routinely interacting with customers and cross-functional teams
You are technically-minded, although an engineering background is not a requirement for this role
Bachelor’s degree required
PMP certification or similar training is a plus
Experience in enterprise data projects and familiarity with advanced analytics technologies is a plus
Experience in hyper-growth product-based SaaS, data analytics, or an AI company is a plus
