About Lead to Cash:
Are you ready to imagine the future and help us transform? Lead-to-Cash is a process re-engineering program tasked to dramatically simplify and streamline HP's processes from lead generation to cash collection; sponsored by HP’s ELT (Executive Leadership Team). Effective management of the Lead to Cash process will lead to increased efficiency, better customer experience, and increased revenue for the organization.
Job Summary
• This role is responsible for coordinating use cases/user stories, proposals, implementations, and new business development while leading analysis teams for significant projects. The role guides requirements and change management processes, evaluates technology's impact on business, and shapes strategic client direction through insights. The role oversees process improvement and training initiatives, and manages SOPs, dashboards, and cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
• Coordinates proposals, feasibility studies, implementations, and new business development.
• Spearheads and guides teams involved in conducting analysis for substantial projects.
• Leads the requirements management and the change management processes.
• Evaluates the business consequences of integrating technology into the present and future business landscape, identifying emerging business prospects.
• Develops innovative business solutions and influences the strategic trajectory of clients by capitalizing on a comprehensive understanding of information technology.
• Defines and directs process improvement activities within the organization as well as the training of peers and clients.
• Oversees design, development, and maintenance of SOPs, dashboards, and processes.
• Contributes innovative ideas and may lead large cross-functional teams, exercising independent judgment to solve unique and complex problems impacting the business.
• Acts as a functional manager within area of expertise, developing strategy and setting functional policy and direction.
• Develops and builds productive internal/external working relationships and may provide mentoring and guidance to lower-level employees.
• Provides mentorship and guidance to lower-level employees, thus ensuring the realization of operational and strategic plans.
Experience Recommended
