Job Description:

RTR General Accountant

Collaborate with innovative 3Mers around the world

As RTR General accountant you will play a key role for prepares and analyzes financial information in the division of USAC business area. This position is responsible for providing accounting services, such financial information, analysis and guidance to different customers among the organization ensuring financial data integrity and accuracy and also participating and eventually leading project teams. Candidate must be adaptable, and demonstrate the ability to understand, and apply financial knowledge. Strong organizational, document management, and communication skills required.

The impact you will make in this role

• Prepares and analyzes financial information

• Preparing and processing a variety of Journal Entries

• Performing other duties as assigned

• Fixed Assets process maintenance

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:

• Accounting, Finance or Business Administration student.
• Fluent English

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• SAP Working knowledge
• Team Player
• Proactive
• Good communication skills

Work location:

· Work Location: This role follows an on-site working model, requiring the employee to work at least four days a week at the GSC Costa Rica, Centro Corporativo El Cafetal, Belén, Heredia.

· Travel: No travel is required, but there be occasional domestic or international travel if needed.

· Relocation: Relocation Assistance: Not authorized
