Who you are:

As an IT Security Administrator I, you are responsible for the administration of network and application security for various IT systems. You will be responsible for setting up new user accounts, fulfill user access requests for applications, and maintain quality assurance of audit processes. More than that, this role is about providing top-quality service keeping integrity, caring, and excellence top of mind.  

What you’ll do:

  • Evaluate and prioritize user requests for additions/modifications to application and system access rights
  • Review daily system reports to detect, investigate, and resolve any deviations of security access policies, standards, and procedures
  • Support all internal and external audit processes by maintaining documentation related to access right requests/modifications
  • Create procedural documentation/end user instructional material in support of the Access Management Department
  • Always taking action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes

What You’ll Need:

  • 2+ years of Information Technology work experience
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Experience with end user support and application access configuration
  • Ability to create procedures and process documentation
  • Proficient in Microsoft computer applications

Additional Preferred Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT
  • Certified Information Security Systems Professional (CISSP)
