Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated PROS Consultant to support the design, configuration, and implementation of PROS CPQ and pricing solutions. The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translating them into functional specifications, and ensuring seamless integration with CRM and ERP systems. The consultant will also assist in testing, documentation, and end-user training to drive adoption and deliver measurable business outcomes

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business teams to understand pricing and quoting needs and document functional specifications.
• Configure PROS CPQ modules, pricing rules, discounting logic, and approval workflows.
• Prepare test cases, conduct functional testing, and support UAT to ensure solution quality.
• Conduct workshops, facilitate governance meetings, and manage change adoption.
• Prepare functional documentation and deliver end-user training sessions.

Professional and Technical Skills:

• Hands-on experience with PROS CPQ or similar CPQ tools.
• Understanding of pricing strategies, discounting logic, and approval workflows.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and ERP concepts.

• Exposure to integration concepts (functional perspective).
• Basic knowledge of data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI).
• Awareness of pricing optimization techniques and margin analysis.

Additional Information
