Global Material Master Data Steward (Supply Chain)

Global Material Master Data Steward (Associate II, Master Data Governance & Management) will be responsible for establishing data governance policies and managing the creation, updating, and maintenance of master data records across the supply chain.

In this role a typical day will include:

Master Data Management Operations

• Execute MDM activities per global strategy for assigned Franchise.
• Maintain Finished Goods and Non-Finished Goods Material Master in SAP
• Perform daily operations and central governance of ERP Material data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness.

Material Master Setup & Maintenance

• Facilitate material master setup and changes during:
  • Integration activities
  • Global/regional product launches
  • All phases of the product life cycle
• Execute new material master setup and change requests in ERP systems, coordinating with manufacturing and supply chain stakeholders.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

• Work closely with Supply Chain Planning, Finance, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, and Manufacturing to resolve master data issues.
• Analyze large datasets for ERP data validation and cleansing.
• Participate in Global Data Management (GDM) monthly meetings to communicate new processes and standards.

What you will bring to the role:

• Minimum two years of experience in a similar position
• SAP Material Master, EXCELL skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent English
• Comfortable with challenges of working in a global, dispersed team
• Strong self-reliance and proven experience
