Job Purpose:

Our Flexo Operator will be responsible for operating flexographic converting equipment to produce materials that meet quality and
production standards. This role will support a safe, efficient, and team-oriented work environment while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Responsibilities:

● Operate flexographic converting equipment, including performing set-ups, adjustments, and quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.
● Adhere to safety requirements, including LOTO, PPE usage, and established safety protocols.
● Maintain high levels of attendance, performance, and productivity in a fast-paced, high output environment.
● Accurately follow work instructions, production tickets, and print cards.
● Record production and quality data using designated applications.
● Monitor and maintain production and quality standards while troubleshooting and resolving equipment issues.
● Collaborate effectively within a team environment, while providing guidance and delegation to crew members as needed
● Perform other related duties as assigned

Additional Responsibilities & Qualifications:

● Ability to work safely and ensure the safety of self and team members.

● Ability to read a measuring tape, perform basic math, and interpret production data.

● Ability to communicate effectively and complete tasks with minimal supervision.

● Ability to stand and move for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.

● Ability to adapt to working conditions with moving machinery, moderate to loud noise, and varying temperatures or humidity.

● Basic computer and web browser skills (login, password updates, navigation, application use).

Work Experience:

Ability to work quickly and efficiently

● 1-3 years of related job experience.

Education:

● High School Diploma/GED

Working Conditions: The work environment for this position requires:

● Regularly working in a non-climate-controlled warehouse where exposure to cold, heat, damp or humid conditions may occur.

● Exposure to loud noise.

● Exposure to dust, mechanical hazards, moving objects, and moving vehicles.

Physical Requirements:

● Ability to lift, twist and carry up 50 - 75 pounds, manipulate (push and pull) up to 160 pounds of product with material handling equipment and skids weighing up to 2,000 pounds utilizing pallet jack.

● Walking/Standing - walk throughout the warehouse to complete customer orders. Stand when operating order picker or reach truck equipment and when operating cutter. ● Sitting - sit only when driving sit-down material handling equipment.
